What, in particlular, are you wanting to change, improve, or stop doing? As a Sparker, I have reached my goal, lost track and have had to start over again many times emoticon But i always come back to SP because it works!

My name is Nicole. I am 22 years old and I am 173.6 pounds. I was a size 3 (120lbs) all through out highschool and in the four years since graduation, I have gone up to a size 13. I have never really been a fan of healthy food but I am trying. I want to not only be healthy but I want to lose at least 40 to 50lbs and look fit. I have made a few changes in life over the past year and more changes will come in the future.
