Hi Everyone! I am new to SparkPeople but not to losing weight. It's been a battle that's been more lost than won. I actually gave up for quite a long while. Now, I am entering senior citizenship... BLEH...what a nasty thing to have to admit. :( But, I don't want to go on feeling so overweight and miserable.) I have fought a death threatening cancer issue TWICE and I don't want a THIRD. So I have switched to organic foods, throwing out the sugars, all refined flours and eating LOTS of veggies. I need a regimen and although I have changed alot of WHAT I am eating...I now need to change HOW MUCH and WHEN I eat. And I need to get fit. So, I am hoping that I can do this. My goal is to lose over 100 lbs. That's a big chunk of change for me. Tomorrow is my first full day.
