I have gotten away from running as well. Injury that might finally be mostly healed, or as healed as its going to get. I must get back to exercise!!!!

Hi everyone! I used to run more frequently until about three years ago, at which point I basically stopped altogether. It's been about a year since I've run a 5k, and about as long since I've had a decent gym routine. So, I've decided to get back after it and find a way to create new goals. I've signed up for one race in November - and I'm starting training tomorrow morning. I don't expect to be perfect, but I do expect to give my best!

2019 Goal:
Run four 5ks, beating my best time each time.

January 1
March 16
July 27
October 26
