Thank you. I do not have a run program and am currently struggling to stay motivated. I saw one of the team's goals is run/walking 3 miles a week so this morning I got up and ran most of my neighborhood. There is one small section that is more of a goat trail with a lot of rocks so I walk thru there to make sure I do not fall and break something. This is a 2 mile run which I can do three times a week. Past this, I would have to go somewhere else to increase the distance.

Welcome to the group. I am still a fairly new runner myself, doing running walking intervals as that is what I can do.

Good Evening Everyone!

My name is Patty and I have just started running so I thought I would join a group where people are actually talking to each other to stay motivated and get tips. I just turned 53, and ran my first 5k on Mother's Day. I was very proud of myself since I have never been interested in running. Now I want to work towards a 10k then a half marathon. I definitely need help and motivation.
