I bought my fiancé a Micoach Pacer a few years ago and he never used it emoticon

So I started to use it in September, I'm following the MiCoach beginners marathon training programme.

I'm on Day 14, which is as far as I've got and it's my first restart. I missed a weeks training so went back to Day 12.

The programme is 99 days over 120 days. However if it takes me longer that's fine with me as long as I do it in the end.

I love the MiCoach as it makes me work within heart rate zones, and my running has gone from a jog, sprint, jog, sprint, walk, jog, walk... to a run, run, run. I ran 1 hour 50 minutes on Day 10 and was so chuffed with myself, not fast of course though I did keep going. emoticon

I've not found a marathon yet!

I went from never running a step in my life to finishing my second marathon in just two years. You can do it!
