Glad your here :) I started running just a couple months ago. I started by walking first. Once I could walk a couple of miles comfortable I started to add running. There is a 5K My Way here at spark people. That is what I used. Best advise is go slow. 5K Your Way Walk/Jog Training Program.

emoticon If you have a smart phone you can download a couch to 5k app. It will say C25K. or you can google it to get one on your computer. This is a good place to start emoticon

I'm just starting to run today actually. I'm going to be using a treadmill. How do you start? Is there a schedule that I follow when I run? Do I start by running a certain distance daily? Does anyone know which direction that can point me to? Thanks! emoticon
