emoticon on your 5k's! You are an inspiration to a lot of younger adults such as myself. I am praying that the wisdom I receive will help me keep running at your age emoticon

I hope you have found a running plan that works for you to follow to help you achieve your goal.
Enjoy your journey!

emoticon . It is never to late to start. I started running at 48 and have not looked back. I have ran several 5k and have a Susan G. Komen race coming in April. I plan on doing a half marathon before the year is over. Good luck on your journey. emoticon

Hi, I'm a 60 year old breast cancer survivor who is just beginning running. Have enjoyed running a couple 5K's. My goal is to run a half marathon in November, to run injury free until I'm 100 and enjoy each and every day!
