been running (inconsistently) since 2009. I'm on week 2 of C25 again only I'm running it daily

Hi all! I'm new to the team (actually was here before but am rejoining). It's funny, I've been running nearly 4 years, but I still feel like a novice. I've done a lot of 5Ks and keep plugging away at trying to run faster or longer, and then I'll have a setback and have to build up again.... so I never really feel like I'm GREAT at this running thing. But that's okay. I'm doing it mainly to keep the weight off and because it motivates me psychologically to prove to myself that I can achieve my goals and do things I never thought I could!
