Good for you Michele! Slow and steady wins the race right? This is a great team that has great advice on any type of topic from walking, running, clothing, etc. Just take it one day at a time and keep us posted on your progress. I love reading when other people have met a goal, it makes you realize all the hard work is definitely worth it! I can't wait to hear that you ran/walked your first 5K this Fall. Marge.

Hello. I just joined the team. I am morbidly obese. Last year my brother and I started doing short running intervals. This year we are hoping to run a 5k in the fall. I just started the SP 5K walking program to get back into the habit of walking daily. Once I'm done, I'm going to start the 5K beginner program. I look forward to getting to know everyone!
