It has been several years since I have been active. I have dusted off my board and have actually been using it. I am finding out some interesting things which have changed in the last ten years. I am hoping to remedy some of these things and perhaps lose a few pounds along the way.
I am glad to see the team active again. Perhaps this will add to my motivation.

Teresa

Larisa, WELCOME BACK!!!
I returned Feb/Mar after being sick and kids grown too, almost 20 & 21. I hope you find your games, but I also bought more games on Amazon, some less expensive due to older games, but well worth it. Fox ex., zumba, coaching, wii fit. We upgraded to wii U when kids were in middle school to keep updated and it helped with video options. I hear your knees are weakening, but try to increase movement or they will get worse. After being sick, my body muscle decreased so much, and I occasionally get shooting pains, but Aleve and rest help me return to my work out. Keep in touch! Tori

So I'm back...since the last time I was active, we lost our Wii thanks to a lightning strike, but now have a WiiU, which is definitely interesting....have to get family to dig out the proper discs so I can get back to work...

In 5 years....well, I survived the HS reunion and probably won't go to another one since my old habits survival habits kicked in and it wasn't fun. My little have now grown to being 20 and 16 - the oldest is the one with Asperger's and he's taking time off from college because he was accepted into a vocational/life skills training program but since COVID-19, he's been waiting for the facility to reopen...but he was working on getting his license (finally) so that will be one less thing that has me on the road eating junk. Youngest is now 16 and in the fall she'll be starting dual-enrollment college classes at the Governor's School...but she only just finished driver's ed and hasn't taken her test for her learner's yet because our DMV is closed (still). Personally....my knees started acting up and refused to support my weight one day after I had been sitting and planting shrubs....then I broke my foot and was booted for several weeks....fun times.

Since I'm limited in the activities I can do, I'm hoping that the family will find the discs I need and I can start using the Wii again {sigh}.and eventually build back up to where I can do weights and actually jog instead of ramble/meander
