Hi Mike! You can do it. Keep logging in every day. There are so many tools and teams and articles and recipes and exercises... you will find something new everyday. Under the healthy lifestyle heading, there are recipes. This is a great time of year to try new things because so many fruits and vegetables are in season and you can grill outside which is a really healthy, lean way to cook. I try to buy 1 new healthy food every time I go grocery shopping. Maybe toss a new vegetable in a stir fry or saute something with a little olive oil and some spices or dice something up and toss it in a salad. You can put avacado on a sandwich or burger or replace ground beef with lean ground turkey. There are all kinds of sneaky way to ease foods in. The next thing you know, you'll realize you LIKE them and don't have to sneak them in. Most importantly, keep drinking water and lots of it.

I'm working on turning my life around to being healthy. Working on being less lazy and making wise food choices. Still trying to be less of a picky eater. I have a pair of jeans I'd like to fit in. I think that's my current short term goal.
