Its an Exercise dvd by jillian Michaels from the biggest loser. There are 3 Lvls 1,2,3 and you do each lvl for 30 days. great results. Check out the JM 30 Day Shred Message Board/Team. I post on there every day. I amalso now doing her "No More Trouble Zones" which is 40 mins.

Hello,
I am NEW to this Group and have been with Spark for quite some time and yet im doing this again. This time around I am totally comitted to this. I am on my 4th week now and eating right plus exercising. I do the JM 30 Day shred and Leslie Sansone walk dvd's plus I have a Treadmill & Gazelle rider I use and 4lb weights. I try to do some type of exercise everyday and I mix it up each day so I don't get bored and so that my body doesn't get use to a routine.
I am 42/F and I live in Middle Tennessee
