Hang in there, Learning to be active when it is cold and dreary out takes time. Spark is wondering because it gives you a lot of options.
Here are some cold weather cardio ideas;
Sledding Run up the hills for an extra cardio boost.
Skating great for the butt and thighs
Shoveling snow makes a great arm workout.

Good luck and keep warm.

I've recently moved from CA to WY and the cold weather has put a hamper on my normal fitness routine. In the constant sunshine, I was often active outdoors. Here in the snow, I'm trying to find new ways to stay fit. This site seems like a great tool to help track how it goes!
