Hi Stephanie!
I think you are going to love the videos. Remember they are nice and short. I like that! I know I can count on about a 10 minute workout and I can live through that. If you can't do anything in the video, just do what you can and you will notice each time that you will be more able to do things as you and your body figure out all the moves. Sometimes when I can't get out for a walk I do Video 1 for my cardio. If you do it 2 times, that is 20 minutes of cardio!

I'm Stephanie from PA. I've been here for two weeks now and am having a tough time getting into the exercise routine. I did walk on Sunday and did a Biggest Loser Video tonight (thought I was going to pass out - lol) I'm going to give these videos a try for the four weeks as well as do cardio. I'm glad to be here and hopefully I can offer some support to everyone as well as receive it. Have a great day everyone.
