whohoo, I did my weekly friday weigh in and lost two pounds. I finally broke through the 150's, I'm at 148.
I think I was a little more strict this week with my eating and this week my exercise routine changed also. I'm so happy, I hope I can keep it up.

thanks for all the encouragement guys. today I finished my 28th day of barry's bootcamp and my 3rd day of the 7 day bootcamp workout. I have to say I feel really good after I'm done with my workouts but dread it before I start my exercises. I can now go on with my day and feel good that I got all the exercising out of the way, the only challenge now is to keep my eating in check and that's a real problem especially on the weekends when I usually let loose.

Sherry, keep at it - you are headed in the right direction...down! Congratulations on your weight and inch loss. I know I feel better when I am following my SP routine even if it doesn't register on the scale right away. Keep your goal in mind and keep at it! Lean2009

I might consider it, but I have never bought any exercise videos yet, so I don't know. Have enjoyed doing the bootcamps on here and have not lost a pound or an inch. Actually gained a pound and a half.

there is a barry's bootcamp spark's team. barry's bootcamp is a workout system you can buy from barrysbootcamp.com or amazon.com. it's pretty intense, it combines cardio with resistance training. you get a whole bunch of videos, a transformer ball, and resistance bands, it cost around $60 bucks. I must admit when I first opened the box I was a little scared of the workout calender that's provided, the first week you do a 21 min. video everyday for six days and with every week you add a 12 minute video and by week four you're doing 4 videos in all a day. it does make you work up a sweat that's why I was shocked that I didn't lose more weight. all in all it is a good workout.

Sherry, hang in there. SP says usually between 1lb to 2lb a week is good. Anymore and there is more chance you can't keep it off. I understand your dilemna (sp?) I am your height and about your weight. My desire is to get out of the 150's into the 140's, then the 130's, etc. Hang in there. What other choice to we have but to go up in weight? I don't think so.

my real name is sherry, I just did day 1. I'm here because like my heading says I'm stuck and frustrated in the 150's and can't seem to get out. I just completed 4 weeks of barry's bootcamp and only lost 5 pounds and maybe 1/2 an inch to an inch off my waist and hips. I was very discouraged this morning when I did my weekly friday weigh ins, I thought I would've lost more weight or inches. so starting today I'm going to add this into my barry's bootcamp workouts and see if maybe this will help me get to my goal of wearing a size 6 or 8 pant (currently I'm in a size 12 at 150 pounds and 5'3") I'm looking forward to reading all your encouraging words and updates.
