Don't be discouraged. Take one day at a time. Focus on losing weight to become healthy instead of being beautiful for your wedding. Your fiancÚ loves you as you are or he wouldn't have asked you to marry him. Beauty is fleeting, look at the beauty of your insides, ie.. your personality. Our bodies are awesome, even when they are big! Be beautiful on the inside ... full of love and compassion, kind, peaceful, considerate. Lose weight for health ... you'll have better luck.
Having said all of that .... you are in an excellent place to become beautiful inside and out.

Welcome! There are tons of quick videos on here for cardio, stretching, yoga and resistance training. There are even 7 that are 10 min or less. Look up Bootcamp videos and you will find them. They are also on YouTube Under Sparkpeople Bootcamp

This site will really help you. It has it all! You are going to have to find time to exercise though. Walking is easy. YOu can do it before work, after work, at the mall, or during lunch. I think Weight Watchers has a good plan. I made life time 3 years ago and I am still there.

Hello and congrats on your future wedding.

Not sure what your day looks like, but you should try and start to take at least 10 min off your hectic schedule and go for a walk or do some type of activity. this will also help you get rid of some of your stress.
As far as your diet, maybe carrying along snacks and preparing your meals will help out. but if this is not an option, go for the healthier meals. Logging down your food intake will also help you tremendously.

My name is Jenny and I'm getting married next year. I'm really overweight and I'm not happy with my bidy image @ all! I want to lose like 30 lbs, but I dont know how to do it. I want to be beautiful and skinny for my wedding day, but I feel like I have no time for exercise and dieting doesnt work because Im never @ home. I could really use the hlep. I need someone to motivate me and hlep me get through this, Im @ my witt's end with this! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
