I am all about the daily reminders. I've tried computer reminders, I forget about them. Calendar reminders, never have it on me. I sit all day at work, thinking of all that I need to do/should do when I get home and of course the entire family needs me to do for them what they refuse to do for themselves.

H,i my eating is in pretty good shape.
I have said I am going to work out every day, and have not, well I am sure a lot of you know what I am talking about. I would love to have someone to check in with each day , so is there anyone else out there that needs daily motivation/accountability
