Hey Christine! I love this challenge, it really sparked me to get back into exercising on a regular basis. It inspired me to get a HR monitor and a pedometer, and now I am taking classes at my gym regularly...all because of this challenge. It is amazing what working out every day - just 10 minute (+/- 3 min) of strength training + 30 min of cardio can do for you mentally.
