Welcome Tiffany! I have found this group to be just what I needed to get me going with my exercise. I can't make any excuses not to do it every day as it only takes a few minutes (less than 20 for the strength training, depending on whether or not you do the videos 2x or not) and the cardio is only 30 minutes. Once I've done the strength training I am motivated to do my cardio. I hope you find it as helpful to you as I have!
