Welcome to the Shrink Yourself team. We are more about learning what emotions you are trying to suppress with food than worrying about counting calories. That said some folks do find comfort in counting too. We have an interesting team that will offer helpful insights and help you through challenges. I hope you find benefit in this team and can provide us with insights as well emoticon

Hi to all,

I signed on to the online program for Shrink Yourself and went to bookstore and bought a copy for back up and reading when needed,

I found out who Harriett is and am ready to take her on.

I am 62 years old and really need to get things straight. I did Weigh Down workshop 11 years ago and have keep off 25 lbs. I filled a basket with 25# of rocks and as soon as I get near the 25 lbs I go pick it up. Weigh Down is spiritual but was a great program to learn the hunger fullness feelings.

I just don't to good with counting calories or points and weighing all the time. I weighed in once a month with WD and it was great to feel the inches go during the month.

I am ready to get another 25# basket of rocks on my hearth. I know the help and information in the book will help me move onto another step.

Will be glad to have the support of the team and interact. I am going on line to my first session and learn how to take on Harriett.

Thanks to all emoticon emoticon

REMEMBER: I have had this before. I know what it tastes like, AND ITS KILLING Me ! IS IT REAL HUNGER OR HEAD & HEART HUNGER?
