Hello jen72,
i just want to thank you for the motivation. I must admit hat this weight loss journey is tough at times but with willpower, determination and God. We all can get the pounds off and live happier and healthier lives. Food and temptation is everywhere...especially at work. i try very hard to stay out of the breakroom...it is sabotage for sure. It is sad when your family and co-workers try to deter you from weight loss. Some of them do it on purpose and some are not aware that they are doing it. Thank you again for giving me the motivation. Hello Everyone,
I was challenged to join this website so that i could loose weight and be healthier for years to come. I am 30 years old, married with no kids at the moment. I weigh too much...199.2 lbs and i aboslutely hate it. I have high blood pressure and my cholesterol numbers could be better. I know that by loosing weight and having a healthier lifestyle will change all this. i just need encouragement that i can get this weight off and that I can be a better "me". I hate shopping for clothes at the moment and going into my closet is just depressing. Im sorry that I sound so down and out. I need some advice, can anybody relate?
