Hi I'm 50 and have depression, probably IBS, High triglicerides, high cholesterol and am borderline diabetic. I've been trying to maintain all these things for the past oh 15 years. Got my triglicerides under control with meds (it's hereditary). Cholesterol ok with meds and excercise. Excercise daily 45 minutes. Struggle to get there. When i do it's all good. Then i get knee pain (arthritis). It seems every time i start making progress in an area something else knocks me around. Get my cholesterol under control, depression under control, then my sugars start fluctuating. and now i'm thinkin i have ibs. nasty bloating that does make sense to me. It's from the drugs i don' tknow.
I go to doctor next week, hopefully he will tell me more than keep doing what you're doing and that i'm borderline diabetic. It's hard enough, but sometimes it just seems like it's not supposed to work for me.

I've been on low fat no fat diet since i had my gallbladder out 15 years ago. I think it's the meds.. but unsure... How's that for an intro. any and all advice is appreciated.....
