You are right. So far my most recent goal is just accomplishing a full week of work outs and keeping to healthy diet. I really wish I had a workout partner, hopefully I can find one soon.

great aspirations but I would suggest taking on only small things at first and once mastgered move on to the 100 pushups. I can only say that I feel I have won when I do that. Keep going girl you can do it!!! I am trying for the first time in about 4 years and doing pretty good so far.

This room seems pretty active I hope it stays that way. I've joined a few other spark teams and they seem to lose steam. I know what to do and how to do it, I just can't get myself to DO IT. That's my problem. I've worked out weights for a few years religiously and looked and felt great but then fell off the wagon. Now I have a 10 month old son but I still feel and look pregnant. I have to get back in shape, so I can be a good role model for my son. I need to be made accountable for my weigh ins. So far I've started running, Im doing the Couch to 5K run and found a 100 Push up challenge which I plan on doing as well. So far I've ran week one of the work out for 2 weeks. I know I should of moved on to week 2 but I missed a few run days. I did go see the doc about knee pain and he stated my weight and previous ankle injuries are causing it. He gave me some anti inflamatories and said to take it easy this week and start running next week again with better tennis shoes. So, Im off to buy new shoes and getting excited to start anew on Monday. Ask me on Tuesday if I actually did it. Well that is all for now. Good Luck all.
