Hi Everyone! My name is Terry, I have nver dealt with support groups like this before, so please be patient (gentle) I hope not, with me. My goal is to loose at least 50 pounds to start, then maybe addition 10-20 afer that. Any help you can provide me with will be wonderful! I am a major walker and walk everywhere that is possible. Even with that I don't feel like I have lost anything. I walk at a moderate pace and at least 3-5 miles daily... what am I doing wrong here?
