*Bootcamp challenge
*Add in strength training 3 times a week
*Run the entire 5K & beat my first time
*Organize my house
*Lose 25+ & be down 3 sizes by October 10

Im semi new. I had a profile before but i wasnt as committed as I should have been so I decided to get a fresh start and really focus on my goals.
