Hey! Thanks for all the support! I've had a few bad days(I didnt even bother logging my food becuause it would have been WAYYYY off the chart :| ) but i'm back on track! woo hoo!

It sounds like you're serious! I'm so glad to hear it! I also think that keeping track of what you eat each day is a great way to do this. It's really an encouragement to me to see the days that I was "good", and kept within the calorie-number that I should be! Good luck!

Welcome to SP - there is a lot of support and encouragement here - I recommend starting by logging every bit into your nutrition tracker - then look for a spark team or two that have similar interests as you - that is really where you fill most of your support and encouragement.

Hello everyone! :)
I just wanted to take a few minutes and introduce myself! My name is Lindsay from Ontario, Canada. I'm here to loose about 30 pounds. I've already lost 10 so i'm well on my way! I moved out on my own and got a desk job over the last few years and have packed on the pounds!! I'm so tired of "going on a diet" and not sticking to it i've decided this is the time! Life is way to short to "start it next week"!!! I'm looking forward to loosing weight, getting healthy and fitting into my cute summer clothes again!!
