Then you need to starting logging everything you eat - you can make adjustments later - but knowing what you are eating and how much will help you do that.

Then you can find some spark teams that have similar interests as you - that is where you will get most of your support and encouragement.

I just started SP and I have lost 3.5 pounds so far! WooHoo! I think that it's good to have encouragement, so I'm letting others know.
