Welcome to both of you - SP really is an awesome website - so much information here to help you achieve your goals. I'm only 5'0" so I know what it is like to be short - I still have 13 pounds to reach my goal of 125 - and that is barely under the limit for where I should be for my height and age - when you are short everything just gets pushed down - a size 6 on me isn't the same as a size 6 on someone 5'8"

Hi, I am new to this also, obviously, i kind of think this is weird because i have never really been comfortable talking about my weight and i don't really blog or whatever this is but I am trying to pretend this is not strange. I am 18 and 5'5 and weigh 141 (lost 2 pounds so far woohoo) now and want to weigh 128. I lost 50 pounds about three years ago but want to get rid of the last few pounds. I just want to be more comfortable in my body. Technically i am "healthy" says my bmi but i still don't feel as comfortable as i'd like too. I would like someone to talk to as well so I am here if you would like...

Hi, I am new to this (as is everyone in this group) and I am excited to have people to talk to about this healthy lifestyle thing.
I am 24, and recently have had a lot of rather large events happen, in which I had managed to gain about 20 pounds. I am only 5'2", so 20 pounds adds up fast.
I have never been thin, nor the fat kid. I am curvy and I have learned to accept that. I would like to feel more comfortable about my appearance. I am currently at 154 and would like to get back down to about 130 pound, (which is still considered overweight for my height). Anyone who wants to try to discuss daily with me, it would be great!
