HEY, I AM NEW HERE TOO BUT WANTED TO SAY HI. YOU AND I WEIGH ABOUT THE SAME THING EXCEPT MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 50# AT THIS POINT. I HAVE DONE MANY DIETS BUT THIS TIME I WANT TO LOSE IT AND KEEP IT OFF.

I though I had done this on the night I joined Sparkteam, but I guess I did not since I can not find me. I am do this to loose 90 pounds and to keep it off.

Remember God Loves us all.

We can make any goal we set out minds to.
