Hello!

HI! I'm new to the team. I joined WW a couple weeks ago. I did WW in the past - in the early 90s and again about 15 years later. Both times I got very close to goal weight but then would plateau and quit. This time I'm determined to make it to goal -- and maintain.

Hi all! Glad to be here. I used to really be active in SparkPeople back in 2007 and 2008 and then kind of dropped out. I've been doing WW for close to a year now but am trying to really get on track. I've had 3 blue dot days and I thought this would be a great place for extra accountability and motivation. Welcome to the team. Hope your recovery will go well from surgery. I also had laser on my left eye and next week will be the right eye. My other health problem is currently with my leg.
Had to have a ultra sound today, special type to find out what is wrong Hope I find out soon so I can go back to my gym classes.

Welcome to the team! Just do what you can and don't eat extra food. I read a book about a woman who broke her leg at the same time she wanted to start making changes. She started making changes in her diet and told her friends not to bring her any of the foods she was trying to stop eating. As soon as she got the go ahead with exercise she began incorporating more activity. Best wishes.

Hello all! New here and 1/2 way to my goal. Just need some extra motivation, support, etc. I just had a little surgery yesterday, and am only allowed to walk on the treadmill for the next 2 weeks. I'm used to cardio 6 days a week and strength training 4 days. A little nervous I may put on a few pounds.
