I'm not new to SP, but am restarting WW after two half-hearted attempts.

The first time was years ago when I purchased the At Home Kit. This was when smart phones weren't much of a thing yet. I was overwhelmed by how long it took to figure out points vs. just looking at the calorie count, so I quit.

The second time was a few ago when I signed up for WW online. I was not impressed with the website. It was clunky to use, so I cancelled my subscription.

Now I'm back doing WW online. The website and app are a million times better than before and I'm really enjoying the ease of tracking. I also like that I can sync my fitbit. It's been a great experience!

I know many say, "Why would you pay for something you can do for free on Spark." I found that tracking calories is easiest, but I make poor decisions when every calorie is equal. I wasn't eating much produce because I wanted to save my calories for "fun" foods instead. I got out of balance and needed a plan that would help me make smarter decisions.

As an example, last night we had a casserole. I knew a serving wouldn't be enough to fill me. Before, I would've just taken more of the casserole and counted the calories. This time, because I knew the points were high, I added a side of fresh veggies. I know that sounds like a no-brainer, but it said a lot to me about how disordered my thinking had become.
