Welcome to the team, congrats on your progress so far, keep up the great work.

Goal1: Stay on Track!!!!
Goal 2:Consistently exercise, and stay active. At least three times per week.

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

Judy: I have a severe problem of Candida. Which means that I can not eat anything but meat and dark green vegetables. That means no grain, fruit, dairy or sugars of any kind. So I take the vegetables that I can have and make soup. I am getting from 50 to 300 calories a day. I am under constant dr.'s care and I am also disabled and diabetic. I have not yet gotten sick from it and I watch everything very carefully.

(Geneva, what on earth do you do to lose so much weight every month? I've been at this, tracking calories, exercising, water, fruits/veggies, and in 3 months I've lost five pounds. I need to know your secret!)
