I do--usually 30:30's, have been playing with 20:20's though. I like the method!

I usually run much shorter intervals. 1 min run 30 sec walk. Jeff Galloway actually does a 15 sec run 15 sec walk

I do running walking intervals, yes. Not really following any specific plan or method though. The couch to 5K went too quickly for me. So currently 8 minutes running, 3 minutes walking. But hurt my knee Friday last week and it still isn't quite better yet. :(
