Way to go on recommitting! Yoga has really been helping me improve my running and I am not feeling knee pain this season so far! woo hoo

Hi all!

Well, I'm back!! Formally known as starofdoom, I've since had a baby and have fallen out of my good habbits....but I'm back to it and excited to be here. I have a 5k set for June, but the prize is set for a half marathon 9/27. I am prone to injury, so for this endeavor I'm striving to include more yoga into my workout routine in an attempt to stretch and strengthen the feet, knees and hips so I don't screw up my knees again. I have a horrible record of injury while training, so I"m starting smart, starting small, and hopefully I will be getting back to running safely.

It's good to be back :)
