Junk food you have been craving for an hour or the body you have wanted for years? It's your choice

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.

I really don't know what to write here. I love sports (playing and watching); tennis, badminton, volleyball, running, cycling and others. The problem I have is getting motivated to join teams and finding time to do sport activities. I have a fairly stressful job and often at the end of the day I am to tired to do anything.

I have a golden retriever that I try to walk daily but sometimes I fail at that --- so my goal is to walk her the minute I get home from work, before my coat comes off. I am looking at getting fit and developing a healthy lifestyle -- I am not over weight (might be slightly underweight) which leads me to my next goal -- eating healthy and regularly (I miss breakfast often) --- food is not a priority for me. Another goal I have is to eat more often; snack through out the day.

I find when I exercise daily I eat better and I have more energy -- one would think that would be enough to motivate me --- but I found in the last two week of having to record my exercise and eating -- helped me to recognize where I still need to improve. Also reading others stories and ideas helped me stay on track and gave me ideas how to motivate myself and fit exercise and food into my daily life.
