100+ lbs to lose.. loving Zumba!

My mother is 59 and she purchased Zumba Fitness Total Body Transformation System DVD Set from the infomercial on tv. It has 4 discs. She wasn't using it so I am using one of her discs called Zumba Live & Flat abs. I love it! I tried the other discs that weren't "live" .. but I really liked the Live one best. I think it is the most fun. This set also includes a beginner instructional disc. I think you can find it on the internet. Also.. the Zumba website has a dvd set but it is more expensive. I hope that info helps!

what kind of DVD is best to do zumba at home ??? i saw some DVDs, but i m confuse !!!! I m new learner for zumba but i love to do dance,,,Can u help me pls.....

That's great!! I lost 33 pounds with WW and Zumba and became an instructor in Jan. 2010. I love it so much. Bocoming the person I always thought was inside me is the best feeling ever. Keep working at it. it will pay off. Just take 1 pound at a time and be consistent. It will come off. Love yourself while you're doing this. Zumba helps with that. Any help needed? I've been teaching for about 2 yr 2 months, and add to that about 5 months of mentoring (i was slow!) and then 1 month of just taking classes. so... 2 yr 8 months total? LOL who knows. seems like longer but only because I cannot imagine my life without Zumba being a huge part of it!

That's great that you enjoy doing the Zumba DVDs!! Do you have the new set?? It looks so awesome!!!
Even with 100 lbs to lose--if you just keep moving, get your heart rate up there and stay consistent--you WILL take off the weight!! Zumba is a fantastic calorie-burner!!! Wooo-hooo!! And it's FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello. I just wanted to say hello. I recently added Zumba to cardio selections. I do it the best I can and have fun while doing it! I dance with the dvd at home. So far.. so good
