Welcome to the team. I find cycling relaxing too. And you meet some of the nicest people around on rides. I hope you get to get out more.

1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile

Hi, my name's Tracy and I'm new here. I'm really glad there's a cyclist group to join. Cycling's my favorite hobby/sport, albeit one that I don't get to enjoy much!

During college I rode all the time. Since starting a very intensive grad school program a year ago, I think I've been on my bike a whole three times (yuck!). Time for that to change. I need to make time for my health and happiness.

And since riding is very therapeutic for me, it will probably help me to de-stress and actually get more accomplished instead of going through the same stress/no energy/stress/hate life routine. Here's to a new start!
