Welcome to Cyclists Anonymous. Sparkpeople can be very addictive as can riding. DH got me riding a tandem 3 years ago. Our garage is full of failed attempts, but the tandem seems to have done the trick and we ride almost daily now.

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile

Hi all

I've been with Spark for a couple of years now. I started riding a bike again about 2 years ago, shortly after my heart attack. I've been riding regularly this Summer, and I keep finding cycling teams to join on Spark. I'm not sure what is more addicting: Riding the bike, or finding new cycling teams on here!
