emoticon It is nice to see you here !! I hope that you had a Merry Christmas if you celebrate and that you are ready for the New Year to begin. The great thing about this program is that you can come back anytime and pick up where you are now ! It works ! I hope that you find some inspiration here when you visit the Threads. I look forward to seeing you in the Forums and on the Threads ! Have you ever thought of using Sparkcoach? You can channel a coach there, who will set up a routine for you to follow or help you through the regimen that you already have. It is a help if you need more personal guidance, WELCOME BACK again !! Take care and God bless, Deb

Welcome! I do Keto, too! I had problems with my blood sugar and a fatty liver, so it's what my doctor recommended. I'm off antidepressants, so I know it's helping me with my depression for the most part, too! Not everyone has the same effect, so talk to your doctor, but it's something to reconsider!

Well, I am back once again. In Feb I began seeing a health coach after being diagnosed with diabetes. I went on the keto diet and lost 36 pounds by August and got my blood sugar under control without meds. And then I quit seeing my health coach and my diet. So I've gained back about 10 lbs. And my blood sugar started going back up. So now I'm back to try to become more accountable.

I can conquer or crumble. I am more than a conqueror through Messiah who strengthens me.
