NAMI is a great idea, so is DBSA- Depression Bipolar Support Alliance. If you need resources, let us know! Both NAMI and DBSA are nationwide! I hope you can get the help you need!

Hi! I have BP 1. I've gotten black & white manias, deep depressions, been suicidal, had psychotic features...we all have our own story. Check out NAMI and bphope for more info as well. You can message me if you want to talk as well.

Hi MissB!

I'm Carol and was officially diagnosed BPII about 9 years ago, though looking back I can see it's probably been part of me for a zillion years. I get seriously, major depressed and occasionally hypo-manic. So yes, we all have similar symptoms of varying degrees and we all strive for better lives.

Come on in and poke around in the threads. We are usually pretty active in the monthly chat thread and the today/mood thread as of late.

Ketones make everything better.
Better sleep. Better mornings. Better energy.
Better fat loss. Better strength. Better mood.

Hi!

I'm Diane, 34, been bipolar all my life. Do you know what kind of bipolar you have (1 or 2)? How did you get diagnosed? I have bipolar 1 and I get really high energy and do crazy things... mania. I also get really depressed and suicidal sometimes. Are you on meds? I'm on Neurontin and Latuda. The journey is different for everyone but we all have some things in common. Jump in our chat threads and read around to see what it's like... I'm typing on my phone since I don't have the energy to turn on my laptop so it's hard for me to type. But I did want to respond to let you know we are here for you!

Hi Guys,

I'm newly diagnosed and have no idea as to how to understand what I'm dealing with. Could definitely use some help, friends and guidance!

Thanks!
