Hi Rhila emoticon we are really glad that you have decided to join us !! I'm glad that you're a returning member. You know all about the program and how to use the tools. You might want to check out the WELCOME GUIDE so that you are brought up to speed on all the changes that have happened between now and 2008. I will give you the link to that at the end of this post. I do the same thing that you do and that is gain when I am depressed and am a bit lighter when I am manic. I am excited that you have decided to join us!! Hi everyone. My screen name is Outdoor_Girlie but my real name is Rhila (phonetically Ree-Lah). I used SparkPeople back in 2008 and just rejoined this morning. =) My weight tends to decrease during manic phases and increase during depressive phases, so I am hoping joining SparkPeople will help me keep it moving in the correct direction.
