Thanks for checking out my blog!

I do believe that subconsciously it does make a difference. The message you speak over yourself you know? Please keep going back for more, I have done a post on what it feels like to have depression. Next I will do hypomania. I am forcing all my friends to read my blog and they like it, but I haven't had any feedback from people who actually have BP. My hope is to turn it into an 'all you ever needed to know about BP' kind of resources.

I was just talking with a friend about that subject- "I am bipolar". I know I say that a lot, and I guess I should say "I have bipolar" instead.

Hi there

I've decided to start my own blog. The idea is to chat about my daily bipolar life, provide useful resources and take a deeper look at some of the issues surrounding the illness. Still a work in progress, but I'd love to know what you think so far:
