Hi Jenny,
Welcome to the team. It must be frustrating to always wake up in a bad mood. I know you will find a lot of support here if you seek it.

Looking forward to getting to know you. Are you doing therapy, too? I found w/therapy (DBT in particular me) was so helpful & I was even able to get off Ability after 3 mos. of group DBT & individual therapy...

And I had been on Ability for about 12 years--part of why I gained 70 lbs.!!

emoticon Jenny! I have bipolar 1 and schizophrenia. I'm actually down to only 3 psych meds now. I was diagnosed as a kid but they didn't medicate me until my breakdown in college. It's been 10 years and lot of medication roulette. but it's been worth it. *hugs* Welcome to the team, and like Carol said, feel free to post in our chat thread!

Hi! I am Jenny. I will be 40 in July. I live with my significant other, Matthew. I have Bi-polar type 2. I have mood swings like crazy and I ALWAYS wake up really really MAD. I am on a huge group of meds for everything. I know that I have gotten better over the last 7 years but am in a constant struggle to keep it together daily. Its nice to be here.

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!
