I understand your frustration. I used to love to cook and was a very healthy cook, but I have so many food intolerance's now that it has taken the fun and variety out of my diet. I eat a lot of homemade stir fry with rice noodles. I have found quiet a few companies that make rice noodles and breads it has helped a bit. I also have to avoid dairy, wheat and corn plus oats, spelt, rye, eggs, coffee and several different fruits and vegetables. The easiest thing I have done is make more than I can eat in one setting and save it for later. I make my own pizza dough and freeze some of it, that way when the family wants some it isn't a big deal for me to have some too. Planning ahead has been the best tool for me, but it is still hard when I get a craving for something that is now on the no eat list.

I'm Dawnette and have multiple food allergies and I am trying to adapt. It's been very difficult. I have allergies to wheat, soy, corn, coconut, fresh tomatoes, nuts and somewhat lactose intolerant. So I have to make alot of my own food and sometimes. It just gets to frustrating and time consuming. Can someone tell me about theirs and give me ideas. and someone to talk to who understands what I'm going through. emoticon
