I recommend starting a new thread for Tae Kwon Do specifics, if it's in the title it will get more attention. There are several others in this group that train in that form emoticon

I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.

I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

BECOAMMA, what form do you practice?
Things that seem to be universal with forms are good, strong and low stances, precise strikes and blocks and watch for 'dead' or 'lazy' hands...example: step through right front punch and the left hand, instead of a tight fist under the left shoulder, is kind of flopping there in the general area it needs to be.

I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.

I am new to sparkpeople and the group. I am a 2nd degree yellow belt. Any tips on form are most appreciated.

We also have a daily exercise that changes each week.

Please join both team goals if you like these ideas!

Hi there. I've just joined this team today! I am a single tip red belt in Tae Kwon Do. I have been in TKD for almost 7 years (taking a little time off along the way). Am working on my next tip and then to Black Belt after that! I joined SP to get my eating in check and to lose a few pounds along the way! Thanks! Laverne
