I'm a mom of a 2 year old girl, I was active on SparkPeople last winter and lost 15 lbs. But I've gained 4 back so I'm starting up again so I feel better about myself. I've started walking 2 miles everyday taking my daughter with in her stroller. She loves the outdoors so it should be easy to keep up because she always wants to go. I really just want to lose this flap of fat that used to be my abs :) Is cardio the way to go or should I be doing sit ups too? Anyone had any good results losing the pouch?
