Hi Monnie62,

Welcome!

Jet is right, it is so quiet here, guess the 3 of us will have to make LOTS of noise and get this team moving!!!

I have until Feb. to reach my goal.

The one main thing that always got my weight loss going and moving steadily is:

Eating mostly protein and vegetables (fruits occassionly), staying away from all the floury, sugary foods. It can be hard to follow, but it WORKS! Drink LOTS of water too!

Hi Judy.
Thanks for the message. My birthday is in May, so I have a few months to improve my lifestyle. I keep thinking... little steps equal greatness. I have started to eat healthier and trying to drink more water. How about yourself?

Hello and welcome to the team. It has been kinda quiet around here but hopefully it will be more active soon.

So how soon till your birthday? I have about 11 months til I hit 50. My goal is to be a healthy, energetic, slim 50 year old.
