Hi I'm Anne, I love to run. I run for health, I run for my mood. Amazing how much better I feel after a good run. I've taken a few days off here and there so running this month has been sparse but tomorrow I want to make a fresh start and run at least 6 days a week. Low mileage to start and build from there. I'm a married sahm to two kids
