hello everyone! my name is Ashley and I recently joined sparkpeople. i LOVE running!!! I try to do a 5k once a month and am hoping to do a half marathon within the next year. i'm about to join my local runners club also. I was brought to sparkpeople because I want to lose about 20lbs. I have crohn's disease and gastroparesis (paralyzed stomach) and ran a 5K a week before I was diagnosed so I feel like i can do anything! I hope to find a group thats supportive and encouraging!
