wow- what a difference in your times! i just starting out running, but i LOVE it- i haven't noticed that much of a change other then on my waste! welcome to SP- keep up the good work!

Good evening.

Just a quick note to say hi. My name is Scott and I am a problem runner. I have ran 5Ks, 10Ks, 1/2 marathons and full marathons. I lift weights and I do yoga. I also have no idea about portion control. Why would you not eat the whole litre of Ice Cream? Anyways I am always up for talking about running and ways to run faster. When I started SparkPeople I weighed in at 260lbs. Even with the few pounds that I have lost so far, I can already notice a difference in my running. My 5k times have gone from 40 minutes to 35 minutes. I would love to get that under 30 minutes.
